lock . Inside of KNZD-06 , self-powered electric lock can directly drive the starting current of 500mA power locks; additionally you can also access exclusive external DC power supply and the voice
access output control signals , to drive electric lock on and off by access exclusive DC power.

Question 1. What version of the phone do you have? 
Answer: All of our models are support five versions: analogue(PSTN), VoIP, GSM, PAGA, Wifi. Can be powered by AC110-240V, DC12V / DC5V, telephones line powered, solar, POE, battery or UPS. 

Question 2. What's the advantages of your products compared with others?

Answer: Yes, we can offer 2% spare parts(not included the phone housing).

Question 5. Can you provide a neutral version?
Answer: Yes. we can support neutral version. Normally, the default is our standard Kntech brand and the price is favorable than the neutral version. 

Question 6. If some parts of the phones occur issue need to be changed, can we find the parts in our local store?
Answer: Yes, if out of the warranty period, please let us know the issue and we will offer the technical data of the parts and reference price. 

Question 7. Can I purchase the accessories separately like PCB board, handset, buttons, speaker, keypad, ...etc?
Answer: Yes, we support MOQ 1pcs. 

Question 8. Can I do customized of the products? 
Answer: Yes, we support OEM \ ODM order. We have our own R&D Department with high technology support. Please provide your detailed requirements.

Question 9. Can I choose other colors of the phones? 
Answer: Yes, normally the default color is yellow. Some model like KNZD-04, KNZD-11, KNZD-13, KNZD-14... support red, blue or white. It is base on our stock. If the quantity over 100pcs, we can support other colors.  

Question 10. What's the MTBF of the phone? 
Answer: The MTBF is 50,000-70,000 hours. And the average failure rate is very low at 0.3%.
